hiding behind the hard metal...

this situation is out of control, now i am dumb because it all boils down to bucks up hillbillies lecturing me on law. according to false metal guy darron, it does not matter if i used the name for 50 years prior, if someone comes along and pays the money for a trade mark, you have to stop using the name, slogan, phrase, whatever.

first the the name of this blog was "unoriginal", and the use of it was a violation of blah blah blah, now its because he paid the cash for stomping rights. damn that date, it means nothing, hahaha, sorry clowny, you simply spent too much money.

as far as "hiding behind" hard metal, i dont know what that means, so i am sorry that i dont understand false metal speak.

i can tell you however, that having been in various punk, black metal, and death metal bands in my lifetime, i believe in my blackend heart, that is what makes me metal, nothing more, nothing less.

it is a shame that you have taken advantage of my ability to drive websites up in search engine ratings, it is a side job that i am very good at as i have been doing this since the mid 90s.

i hope your "loyal followers" come here to see the truth, the date of my creation is set in stone, it does not lie.
