i have been accused of internet theft, and i am being harassed by a hillbilly in arkansas because according to him i have stolen the name of his website and he claims i am trying to "damage his company" when i have never even heard of this clown until he sent emails and yahoo messages to me.

now i have tried to explain to this hillbilly that i had the name first so i could not have stolen it, and his worry about search engine results are not me but the search engine he is using, i simply do not have any clue as to who this idiot is, and until he popped up i never once wrote one word about his "company" and or its website, which as i stated in simple enough english that it is not a "true metal" site but a "false metal" site. that means he covers metal that is not really metal but some type of music created by someone who wants to be metal but cannot cope with the lifestyle.
holding me responsible for search engine results is ridiculous, i dont want his traffic whatsoever, and he cannot get that through his thick skull. and as i stated before, this "vortex of idiocy" that he has created has driven him up in search engine results, all because of me. talk about biting the hand that feeds.
how is it that this blog has been around so long and he is only complaining now? as i have had the same search engine rankings since the creation of this blog? seems to me if he has the trademark for the term "metal press" he could sue many people, but he says this is not true. it just pertains to me and my blog.
i also have to point out that you dont hear fox news suing msnbc because they criticized the way they cover news or what they said about the rival news channel. this guy is trying to bait me, but he is really just a sad guy with not a whole lot going on.
my proposal to end this crap once and for all is this: how about a 3 round mma fight to determine the outcome?
contact dana white and tell him you are upset and disgruntled at the way l have thought crimed your name, and that i said it was cool to brawl it out. have us do it as a prelim fight, sound cool?
i will even let you use headgear. i dont know what else to say about this as i did not steal anything, nor am i trying to damage a "company", one that i have never in my 44 years of existence have even ever heard of.
